Comfort Inn Modesto

The hotel was in a FAVOURABLE location, close to everything. Moreover, it's near to a nice area of Modesto and restaurants and stores. The suite overlooked swimming pool.

Really comfortable retreat, I did not want to leave.

The manager was beyond rude. This place is falsely advertised as "Pet Friendly" They place rooms with pets next to people who are downright hostile towards animals. The front desk will call you anytime your dog barks because of a complaint. I even had a distinguished guest spit on my door because my dog barked. Not that was not a problem when I complained to the front desk. I guess acts of such are accaptabl considering their clientel

I love the location. I like the staff.

The room was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The other people in the rooms were loud, slamming doors in the middle of the night and they were drunk. The room smelled of dirty, stinky feet. There was hair all over the shower. I have never experienced anything negative here until now. I don't think I will stay there again. The dryer took $4.50 (3 times) to dry the clothes. It was a horrible stay and for $115, I could have stayed at a much more comfortable place.

great access to parks and dining options for city explorers

It made my city strolls so easy and enjoyable, especially with the Modesto Arch just under 4 km away and so many tasty dining options just a few steps from the hotel.

The staff was real noisy vacumming early in the morning while we were trying to sleep in. You could just hear them outside making a lot if noise and made it hard to sleep.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was small but the space was used very well with a place for everything. It had a nice sized refrigerator with a microwave and small coffee maker. It was conveniently located right off the freeway with lots of restaurants near by. We had a nice breakfast with a waffle station, eggs, sausage, sweet rolls, hot coffee, etc.

The motel has a musky smell.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was easy to access from the highway. The beds were comfortable.

Our room had an odor that may have been from prolonged dampness. The room had two beds with little room to maneuver and not a lot of places to set luggage. We had used this facility before and did not have the same experience with the smell.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, a refreshing swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were helpful when I left some documents behind during my first stay. I'll keep returning for trips!

The staff was so helpful n really nice. The room was clean n well put together. The price wasn't bad either. I will stay there again.

I wish the breakfast time was a little longer. I over slept and missed it both days.

The staff were very great, assisting with any queries I had . The King Room was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety, including warm pastries and fresh fruit, a nice touch to start my day.

No major complaints, but the Wi-Fi connection was intermittently slow.
